Last week 20 new single family homes hit the market for sale in Kingman Arizona and 10 single family homes closed. This calculates up to 72 closed single family homes for Kingman AZ for the month of March 2010 and the month is still going strong. This is an increase compared to the closed single family homes in Kingman for February 2010 which was 53 closings. These calculations are only for closed single family homes in Kingman AZ and do not include manufactured homes, vacant land or commercial property. Our market is definitely increasing with sales this time of year in Kingman. January 2010 also had 53 single family homes sold and closed.
